Privacy Policy

This page explains what this review site records about its visitors, why it does so, and what you can ask us to do with that information. It applies to this site only, and not to Bizzo Casino or any other operator we link to, each of which has its own policy.

Information we record

When you open a page, the server logs the request: your IP address, browser type, device class, the page you asked for and the time. If you use the contact form, we keep the message and whatever details you type into it. We do not ask for a name, a date of birth or payment details, and we never receive anything about your casino account.

Why we keep it

Server logs let us spot broken pages, abuse attempts and traffic spikes. Contact form messages are kept so we can reply. Aggregated traffic figures tell us which sections of the test report readers use most, which decides what we re-test first.

Cookies and measurement tools

The site sets a small number of cookies. One remembers your cookie choice, one supports basic traffic analytics. Analytics data is aggregated and does not show us who you are. Links to the casino carry a tracking parameter so the operator knows the visit came from this site; that parameter carries no personal information about you. You can block cookies in your browser and every page will still load.

How long we hold it

Raw server logs are deleted after 90 days. Analytics aggregates are kept for up to 26 months. Contact form messages are removed 12 months after the last reply, unless a legal obligation requires a longer period.

Who else sees it

Our hosting provider and analytics provider process data on our behalf under their own agreements. We do not sell visitor data and we do not pass it to casino operators. Records may be disclosed if a court or authority with jurisdiction requires it.

Your choices and rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to analytics processing. Send the request through the contact form and we will answer within 30 days. Where the request concerns a casino account, contact the operator directly, as we have no access to that data.

Changes and contact

We revise this policy when our tools or the law change and post the date of the latest version at the top of the page. Questions about this policy go through the contact form on the site.
